I really couldn’t resist with this one, folks. The idea of presenting one of my songs with a relevant title, combined with a quick lecture regarding the title, is all I need to make a win-win situation for us both. No matter where you are in your music promotion efforts, you have to remember that all along your journey, there are going to be people who try to stop you. Some of them might think you don’t have the talent, others may think you are just wasting your time but, ultimately, the majority of people who try to stop you are going to be jealous of you because you can do something they can’t; make music.

It really makes no sense to listen to any of those people who doubt you when pursuing music promotion. They set you up to fail so that they can feel a little less insecure in their ordinary lives. You have the music inside of you, and it’s always going to be there.. It’s not something to be taken for granted. It is truly special. Don’t ever forget this. So, during your efforts of music promotion, don’t ever forget this important fact; you are SPECIAL, and you DESERVE to be heard.
The song I share with you today is called: “The Jealous Hurt So Much.” While the subject matter is a little bit different (it is, after all, a love song with the visuals of a Norman Rockwell painting), the MESSAGE is clear; the jealous truly hurt so much.
